With over 20 years of fine dining culinary experience, Ricardo brings a wealth of knowledge from around the world right to your plate here at Coast. Having a basis in his native Mediterranean cuisine, he has maintained a tradition of simplicity combined with culinary knowledge that underlies quality throughout.

Having worked as an executive chef in multiple 5 star locations in both Asia and Europe, Ricardo has come back to where he feels most comfortable, a relaxed quaint costal village that has become his new home.
